Pet Policy

The Thomas is pet friendly welcoming dogs and cats. We allow 2 pets per apt with a Pet Deposit of $300.00 for the 1st Pet, a NR Pet Fee of $300.00 and a Monthly Pet Rent of $35.00 Per Pet. For a 2nd Pet you will pay a Pet Deposit of $150.00, a NR Pet Fee of $150.00.
Breed Restrictions apply, so please contact the leasing office for specific details. All animals, must be registered and approved by the office, and all the above mentioned costs will apply. Lease violation fees will be applied to your account for having unauthorized pets.
